How to Use Proxy Service in AMS Plugin

Configuring Proxy Service for Enhanced Product Import and Update:

1. Access AMS Plugin: Navigate to the AMS Plugin within your WordPress admin area.
2. Open Configuration Page: Click on the Configuration option in the plugin menu.
3. Find ScraperAPI Configuration: Scroll to the ScraperAPI Configuration – Proxy Server section.
4. Create a Free Proxy Account: Use the provided link to create a free proxy account, which gives you 1 week with 5000 credits for product imports. After this initial week, you will continue to receive 1000 credits for free each month.
5. Input Your ScraperAPI Key: After obtaining your API key, enter it into the ScraperAPI Key field.
6. Enable ScraperAPI Features: Turn on ScraperAPI – Import Products and ScraperAPI – Update Products options.
7. Save Settings: Click Save to apply your configurations.
8. Verify API Connection: Go back to the ScraperAPI Configuration section and select Test It to check the API communication.

Additional Information:

• The proxy service is utilized automatically only if the import/update process gets blocked by Amazon, which can occasionally occur. If an import/update blockage is detected and the proxy service is enabled, the AMS Plugin will automatically switch to using the proxy to continue the process seamlessly. If no blockage occurs, the import/update will proceed without activating the proxy service, even if it is enabled.
